I'm a cluts! (update cast is off)

Well, I did it again. I've stuffed my arm or should I say elbow carrying 3Lts of milk home and twisted my ankle.

Poor Raym's didn't know what to do cause he wasn't with me when I tripped, my son Aaron was.

I'm guessing Raym's will post pics of the damage soon. I'm just glad I didn't brake anything, just dislocated the elbow but man it still hurts and I'm in plaster for two weeks.

thanks guys, poor raym's now has to work twice as hard cause i can't do anything for the kids or the animals, hahaha!!!

It's 3 kids, a dog, a cat and 2 cockatiels plus me for him to take care of and feed but one of the birds is an epileptic so he fits every now and then, oh what joy. At least the Dr has said only 2 weeks in a half cast, he was gunna make it 4.

2 more days and the cast comes off, yay!!!

I hate being in plaster, it's not the first time, it's the tenth!
